Just wondering what people would like to see and expect from our stand. I had thought that a BBQ for all of us would be an idea and good way to get to know members better. I'm willing to organise this and people can either contribute with food, refreshments etc if they wish. Any ideas I'm happy to look in to and try to organise, may ask a few members to help but only if they feel happy to. The more ideas the better and as it's only a few weeks to go it's better we can get organise now than rushing around. We currently have a banner and I'm sure we can get more fliers made up, any other ideas are welcome. Cheers

Sure I've seen people with them before so can't see it being a problem but they can have the last word on the matter. Mix of flyers on windscreens for people to take away with them and even bigger posters to hand tobother stands if they are interested in attending the show and shine. Graham could you help with this or even pm me flyers and posters and I'll get them printed up?

That sounds like a good idea. Think we should pick a few things for the club to purchase for next years shows and raise funds through the year. Gazebo, flags, even welcome packs for new members etc. Just ideas I've had and thought we could look into them to help the club progress.

Sure it's something we could look into getting done. Everyone chips in and it won't cost alot. Going to speak to a company tomorrow about stickers for my car so will sound them out about maybe doing a gazebo and flags aswell. Worth getting a price and talking about it from there.
